Questions & Answers

01.

We have photos from last year’s event. Can you match that style to keep our corporate imagery consistent?

  • Absolutely. Maintaining visual consistency across your corporate assets is a priority. If you have an established brand style guide or examples from previous years, please share them during our briefing. We will align our shooting and editing—including color temperature, framing, and overall tone—to ensure your new event photos seamlessly integrate with your existing marketing materials.

02.

What is your standard turnaround time, and do you offer rush delivery for pressing marketing needs?

  • We understand that corporate PR and F&B marketing calendars move fast.

  • Standard Delivery: Full, high-resolution digital galleries are typically delivered within 4 business days.

  • Next-Day Sneak Peeks: For events requiring immediate press releases or restaurants launching a time-sensitive menu, we can provide a curated selection of "priority images" within 24 hours of the shoot. Full-gallery rush options can also be added to your contract upon request.

03.

Are commercial usage rights included, and where are we permitted to use the photos?

  • Yes, a commercial usage license is included with all corporate and F&B packages. This grants your business the rights to use the images for website design, social media, email marketing, PR distributions, internal communications, and local print materials (like menus or event brochures).

  • Note: If you require extended licensing for large-scale, paid advertising campaigns (such as billboards or national television), please let us know during the booking process so we can adjust the contract.

04.

We have specific VIPs, sponsors, and keynote speakers who must be photographed. How do you ensure they aren't missed?

  • Prior to the event, we will provide a pre-event questionnaire where you can outline your "must-have" shot list and identify key stakeholders (CEOs, board members, honorees). On the day of the event, it is incredibly helpful to assign a point person from your team to briefly point out these VIPs to us, ensuring we prioritize their coverage during networking sessions and crowded receptions.
